The Senior Associate Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive instructional programs for financial systems (Oracle and Business Objects). Requirements:

Qualified applicants will possess a BS/BA in business, education, information systems, or related degree. Excellent technical writing and facilitator experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Strong expertise in applying adult learning principles, (ISD) instructional design, program design, development and curriculum planning.  Expertise in and learning delivery alternatives and processes.
