Senior Associate Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver
comprehensive instructional programs for financial systems (Oracle
and Business Objects). This role will also deliver training related
to application enhancements, upgrades and new policies of these
systems. This position will also mentor other Technical Trainers and

Responsibilities: Partner
with Finance staff (entry level to senior level) to identify
potential training opportunities. The Senior Technical Trainer must

Requirements:
Qualified
applicants will possess a BS/BA in business, education, information
systems, or related degree. A minimum of five years experience in
developing and delivering effective training on financial and human
resources applications such as: Oracle Financials (E-Business Suite
11.5.9) and Business Objects (version 6.5 or higher) is required.
Excellent technical writing and facilitator experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Graduate-level course work or certification in adult learning
preferred. Six Sigma, Lean, Continuous / Process Improvement is
