This form and its online payment option is intended for the convenience of members who are paying a late cancellation or no show fee. The policy is as follows:
Late
Cancellation / Cancellation Policy: "If
you register for a meeting and do not show
up -or- if you cancel
after the deadline of the Friday before the meeting, you
will be billed a $25 fee. This is to cover
the costs of the meal
being reserved for you as we cannot reduce the number of
meals after this deadline.”
