As an organization, we strive to meet the professional development needs of the learning and employee development community throughout the Charlotte metropolitan area.

Through our traditional meetings, we give members the opportunity to network with other learning professionals, engage in thoughtful conversations about the issues those of us in the industry face, and participate in a dynamic program that addresses critical learning topics.

In between our monthly meetings, we strongly encourage our members to continue dialogues with their colleagues in the Charlotte area.  Some of those conversations occur in person, over the phone, and through email with the people that you meet at our meetings.  In addition, our website provides opportunities for social learning to take place as members read blogs about relevant topics, thoughtfully discuss questions that arise, and share feedback that help all of us advance the learning of the people we support.
